To cope with confinement, business leaders need to feel accompanied and supported. A little over two years ago, in Cannes, Djamila Belkhir set up a recruitment support firm DB-Recruiting Best Talents. Since then, she has supported, trained and encouraged her clients on a daily basis. At a time when economic activity is almost at a standstill, businesses are turning to her for expert advice.

Even if since the start of confinement, job offers have been frozen, her training sessions are on standby, and she can no longer meet her clients, Djamila Belkhir is still in enormous demand “more and more of people contact me, m/f candidates, unemployed, employees, managers, m/f consultants etc., are wondering about how work will resume from May 11,” she explains. But candidates are not the only ones to contact her. Business leaders are also in turmoil “businesses are also asking a lot of questions, particularly about their recovery, they are asking me to help them organize themselves,” says the founder, “I provide permanent support, I will to help anticipate what comes next, I explain to them that there was a before and that there will be an after Covid-19. » Normally, she organizes physical meetings to take stock of the situation of the companies that call on her, but with security measures, she organizes herself by telephone in order to ensure the continuity of her services and to always be there for those who need her. A full-time mission that she takes very seriously “I love businesses, I have a passion for them” she explains.


Personalized daily support


It is not only during confinement that Djamila offers her help. Already in normal times, she offers personalized and daily support "companies often ask me for help, whether for human resources, recruitment, organization, etc... I try to give them ideas, because they know that with digital technology, the world is changing but they do not always know how to adapt. » To help them stay in step with the times, Djamila Belkhir offers workshops and training to improve their skills. “After 10 or 15 years, people, whether it's the manager, the manager, the m/f employee, the director, etc., all get tired of being in the same position and that's normal, but they can't imagine doing another job. My role is to support these people so that they are free and do not feel guilty about changing jobs, or companies, taking a new direction in their professional career. I respect what they like and try to find solutions so that they can find the job that suits them or become an entrepreneur! I realized that in all professions, we needed to evolve and this increase in skills allows us to open up to other professions and new projects." These workshops allow today's business leaders and those of tomorrow to improve their skills, but also to change their way of working and seeing things: “There are a lot of professions that remain to be discovered, they must be developed. And it's up to young people to create this new world. » This is why the manager and creator of the firm also trains young people (adolescents and adults) in order to prepare them to become future business leaders.
